Nina has many years of experience in family services, nursing and counselling. She is able to support you with your mental health & well being and coping with your life's stressors.
Why Counselling?
Do you ever feel weighed down by life and how relentless it all seems? I would like to support you to get that spark of life back - it’s not always easy dealing with issues that drag us down though. Talking together can help to work through past and present issues that could be causing you emotional pain and how to move to a place of self acceptance.
I look at specific vulnerabilities that are a part of your life especially those that make life so hard at times. Trauma, abuse and identity are the areas that I focus on and help you build resilience and self acceptance.
If you feel that life is a murky mess and can’t find your way to a fulfilling purpose then I would love to be your Counsellor to support you.
Face to face sessions are held in Coolalinga; online sessions by prior arrangement.
